Postpartum Mother & Baby Program
Our Postpartum Mother & Baby Program provides Residential care for up to 4 mothers and their babies. This program is for any young mom who meets our admission criteria and has a baby age newborn to 3 months old. During this time, FCP provides support services to help the young mom gain independent living skills. Because of this, she is able to continue her education, obtain employment, and secure safe housing opportunities. The Mother/Baby Program supports the young mother and her baby during her most vulnerable time of need. Contact our Admissions Case Manager today to find out more.
