Florence Crittenton is a contract provider for the South Carolina Department of Social Services and Department of Juvenile Justice, serving as a placement for young women ages 10-20. Young women in the care of DSS or DJJ do not have to be pregnant to be admitted into our residential program.
Young women placed at Florence Crittenton will receive 24-hour care and staff supervision within a community-based, residential setting. They will attend school or work in the community, participate in after school and activities, receive career development support, and learn independent living skills in order to support them in their journey to self-sufficiency.
